Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026

Empress Farm (“we,” “us”) grows and sells Music porcelain hardneck garlic from Mont Vernon, New Hampshire. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We keep things simple.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, reserve garlic, or place an order, we may ask for your name, email address, ZIP code, quantity, and any note you choose to send. We also keep basic order/reservation records so we can fulfill the season’s crop.

Why we collect it

To hold your reservation or process your order, ship your garlic, and answer your questions. That’s it.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing. We don’t use your data for anything beyond running the farm’s orders and waitlist.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details; Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently set tracking cookies or run advertising analytics. If we add website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

Where your data lives & how long

Reservation and order records are kept in files on our hosting account (outside the public web folder) and in our email. We keep them as long as needed to fulfill the current and next harvest, then delete them.
